Welcome everybody to The Roads Church!

Hey, can we have all the kids

I’m up front? All the kids. Come on. Y’all

Hey. Hey. Hey, what’s up Rhodes church. Welcome to merge. We’re so excited to have our Mount Carmel family here with us. If you’re from Mount Carmel, would you raise your hand? Let’s welcome. The Mount Carmel

Campus.

We got the kids, the youth, everybody together tonight, and we are excited to worship in unity together. And tonight we wanted to start off by having the kids come up and they’re going to do a song that they do in the kids’ church. Uh, and it’s called God is on the move and we believe that God is moving. Amen. And he’s moving in our kids’ ministry and they’re experiencing his presence. So tonight, would you stand with us? And we’re going to worship together with God is on the move. You guys ready? Kids. You ready? Let’s do it.

Turns from dark. Anytime. Anytime somebody lives [inaudible] and someone says, send me Rocco. [inaudible] thank

You guys for worshiping with us kids. You guys can

Go down. Join your parents tonight. Hallelujah.

I see a generation standing on the truth. That’s going to be our kid. Great job. Great job. Hey, welcome everybody, Greg. Great to have everybody together merging all of our Mount Carmel North city people, all of our heroes, family watching online. What I felt like one to do tonight is kind of set the stage for what I felt like was the vision for the night, what God was wanting to do, because I believe God is on the move. I really believe he is.

So Monday night we were at Eagle prayer and we kind of talked about, and I’ve mentioned a little bit on Sunday. How I feel like the next, I think I counted up today, 35 days. So the next five weeks, I believe there’s going to be some important things happen in our church coming up May 23rd is Pentecost Sunday. I mean, we don’t want to skip over mother’s day, right? That’s a huge deal because, so skip mother’s day that’s that’s the biggest event of the whole month it’s mother’s day. Right? Congratulations. So now May 23rd is Pentecost Sunday and Lee Grady’s going to be here. And if you’ve ever been here, when he was here before, it’s going to be fantastic. And then, uh, the next Sunday I will be speaking and then that maybe he doesn’t have battery. Okay. So the, I was speaking the 30th and then the next Sunday, after that friend of mine named William Wood, who works in ministers a lot with Randy Clark, he was here last year. He’s going to be speaking that’s on a Sunday. And then on Monday and Tuesday, the seventh and the eighth Todd Smith is going to be here. And he pastors, the church that’s having the North Georgia. That’s been going on for 160 some weeks. I think something like that, but they’ve been experiencing revival.

So this is what we want. We want God to move. So tonight, I just want to share a little bit of my heart in the beginning, because I don’t know where the night’s going to go, because we said a Monday night Eagle prayer. We announced that every day from eight to 10, Monday through Saturday, the auditorium is going to be open for anybody, wants to come to pray. And we’re just collectively going to seek God for him for what he wants to do. And this is the direction that the pastors and the leaders have committed to is that we want more of Jesus that we’re not satisfied with just church services. We’re even coming up in the next two weeks. We’re going to change the order of the service around intentionally to make more room, to give him freedom, to move. The Roads Church, And so we’re leaning into this with everything we know to do. So I spent time praying today, like, okay, Lord, what all you want to do? And I felt like God spoke to me because I really don’t know what’s happening.

I really don’t. I mean, I wish I could tell you. I’ve got it all figured out, but I don’t know. And here’s what, as I was, well, my face praying in my prayer closet, this came to mind. It’s hard to hold a mic and turn to Bob at the same time. So Genesis chapter 12. Now the Lord had said to Abraham, get out of your country from your family, from your father’s house to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation. I will bless you and make your name great. This part wasn’t necessarily important to me at the time. You’ll be a blessing and all that, but says verse four. So Abraham departed as the Lord had spoken to him and lot went with him and Abraham was 75 years old when he did this. But the part that stood out was he said, get out of your country from your family, from your father’s house to a land that I will show you.

So that spoke to me that it represented familiarity. So I’m trying to say is that I want our church to be on one page together that we’re seeking the presence of God. We all win. When we seek after him, we get used to coming to church and doing songs and sermons. But I’m telling you, God wants more for you than that. He wants more for us than that. So we’re going to do it together. It’s not about one celebrity on the stage. It’s about one celebrity. His name is Jesus, and we want him to come tonight. We want him to be here.

So tonight we’re going to worship. And I want us to worship the Bible talks about that. They assigned people to minister, to the Lord, listen to that language. I think this is something that has gotten foreign in the church is that we sing songs, but we forgotten. We’re supposed to minister to the Lord. You are supposed to minister to him. You’re supposed to worship him. You’re not just supposed to sing the song. You turn graves to God. We’re supposed to minister to the Lord. That’s why I wanted to start out is because I want us to have this culture that when we start worshiping, all of our focus goes to him and we’re going to be in agreement. I want us to be praying for God to move. I believe that the day of Pentecost started with 120 people in an upper room. I don’t know how many people are here, but we’ve, we’ve started praying Eagle, prayer. We prayed, uh, yesterday or Monday, Tuesday. Yeah, Tuesday, Wednesday. We’re going to pray every day. We’re praying for a move of God.

Sounds cliche, maybe, but I’m telling you, I’m praying for the power of God to touch people’s lives. That shakes them. And they’ll never be the same. I don’t want to ever be the same. Um, I’m S I’m departing from the land of familiarity and I’m going to a land that he will show me. I don’t know what it’s going to look like. I’ve said it, Lord, what’s this going to look like? What are we going to do? I will show you great, very comforting. But I know this. If he’s with me, that’s all we need. So if you’ll take a second with me, I want to bring some focus to the room.

I want you to just close your eyes. If you’re watching online or you Rhodes family, you can do it right where you are. I don’t want you to watch a service. I want you to worship a King. Our goal is not to get through some songs, to a message and go home. Our goal is to worship Jesus. That’s it? What he does out of that worship, we will follow his lead and we will go wherever. He tells us to go and do whatever he tells us to do. But our assignment, your assignment is not about anybody else around you. It’s not about your neighbor. It’s not about talking to your friends while worship is going on. It’s about you and Jesus. The King are you worshiping him. Are you giving him your heart and everything that you are? He’s worthy of your praise. It’s not about church tonight. It’s about a King.

So Holy spirit, we welcome you, Lord. We don’t know what we’re doing, but we do know we’re going to worship you. We declare in our hearts that we will give you our worship in spirit and in truth. And Lord, we invite you. We welcome you to come and inhabit our praise. We want to make a dwelling place for you, Lord. We want to be a place that you can trust with your presence. We want to worship you like you’re worthy to be praised. Not selfishly not to get something in return, but just to say, we want to be with you. We want to be with you. We want to encounter you. We want to hang out with you, Lord. We want to be with you. So come and be with us. Lord, fill us with JE with joy, Phyllis, Lord, we just choose to worship you. We say, come Lord, come, come make your home here, Lord, we welcome you together. God, we’re not satisfied with yesterday’s touch God. We’re not satisfied with just a service. We want your glory. Lord, show us your glory. Lord, show us your presence at a new level of new extreme God.

We desire you tonight. Sweet. Choose to worship you with our whole heart. Receive our praise Lord that we will be a unified front in one heart and one accord that we’re going after the presence of God, we are going after the glory of God, we will not be satisfied with anything less than your presence. So Lord, we acknowledge you as King as Lord of all. And we give you complete freedom, be magnified and be glorified in this place. Jesus worthy of all. Praise worthy of all the glory worthy of all the honors. Come on, let’s begin to worship him. Let your voice be heard. Begin to praise him. Begin. Acknowledge him. Come on, begin to tell him how good he is. Begin to tell him how grateful you are. Come on, let worship come without a song without a song. You don’t need a song to worship. Let your voice be released to praise him, to thank him. To glorify him. We praise you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Come on. Pure worship. Just love on him. He’s worthy of it. You’re first seeing doors forever. You’re a good Lord forever. We exalt you. Lord. We praise you. Lord. We glorify your name. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Come Lord. Jesus. Jesus, Jesus. [inaudible] together.

[inaudible] [inaudible] [inaudible] [inaudible] [inaudible] jeez,

We cry. Holy is the Lord. God almighty. The whole earth is full of your glove. We cry. We cry

[inaudible]

We cry. We cry. [inaudible]

[inaudible]

Cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese. [inaudible] tonight. [inaudible]

[inaudible] tonight.

We surrender our lives. We surrender everything on your feet. Jesus. We turn God. We turn to you. We turn away from the sin that so easily, besets us. Entangles us. And we choose to fix our eyes and our affection,

Pitchy, origin or selfishness. God, we lay it at your feet. Preferences, law ability. We laid out your feet to be closer to Jesus. Thank you for your love. The covers. We plead the blood of Jesus. Plead the blood of Jesus.

Come on. Just take a moment to repent before the Lord, just to lay those things that are heavy on your heart tonight. Just give it to him. Just surrender to him. Give him your heart tonight. Jesus. You can have a heart. Jesus can have [inaudible] Just give it to him tonight. You can have it

[inaudible] you can have [inaudible] [inaudible]

To jock. You bring home.

You restore that is [inaudible] like there’s a little bit more to be more down. There’s a little bit deeper that he wants to take you to. Here’s a little bit more. Since you have nothing left, he poured out everything. So we have a little bit more we’ll shout your [inaudible]. I’m saying I’m going to fill you up with a sound that you’ve never released before. He’s going to fill your lungs with a sound that you never heard. He’s going to literally feel your lungs with the sound. [inaudible] say that one more time. You’re loved by the father.

As we worship him, he begins to respond, Had a word given of healing waters, being present

The vision of a flag and a red cross symbolizing healing power with rocks underneath in our life. As we begin to let God reveal those and pull those out there’s healing. Water’s going to flow in your life just as we talked about Sunday, allow God just to have some rocks that are underneath the top sole of your life and let those waters flow into that. Bring healing presence is wanting to heal and restore your loved by him. His love is flowing like those rivers, those healing waters for the love of God, God’s wanting to emphasize his love to you.

We teach love at The Roads Church. The power of his love is here. He says, do you know, do you know how much I love you? Do you know, I am the lover of your soul. I am the lover of yourself. I love you so much. I gave my life for you because I saw you. And I saw someone that I love. There’s nothing more powerful than my love. I look upon you with eyes of love, that burned for you. There’s fire in my eyes because I love you. I love you. I love you. I heal because I love you. I restore because I love you. I reteam because I love you. I know your mess. I love you. I know it, but I love you. And there’s nothing more powerful than my love. It will pull you out of. It won’t break. Chains will bring deliverance. It won’t bring healing and freedom, but it comes from my love. Do you know how much I love you? I am the lover of your soul. The Lord. I want you to understand how much I for you for I say into that. Some of you are running well and who hindered you from obeying the truth? Yes. If the Lord, I desire to bring you to bring you up next to me. Even as the Potter brings the clay up

Forms and moles humans, that clay is turning and turning and I desire to lay my hands on your system. Lord

For my heart is Frankie

Breaking and longings for your fellowship to draw you into a place. So close to me that my every word rests upon you. Yes. I desire that you pin your ear to the door once for that. You come before me and say, God, I only live by your words of life. I cannot live with anything else for, I walks with the Lord long to those days. You remember when you cried out to me since the Lord, you remember those days when the sweet, sweet sweets fellowship says the Lord, and I’m drawing you to that place. I’ve joined to that place where you say not my will,

Not my will, but thy will be done. Oh, Oh, I long to hear those words.

I long to hear those words though. Sweet sounding worse that bring that sweet smelling savor unto me. Even those words that seem like death to you, but alive to me,

The Lord. Yes, I’m drawing. Do you see my tears? Do you remember what the price I paid for you? Do you remember what I said from the Lord’s prayer?

When I taught my disciples to pray and at the end, I said, this is my

Body, which was broken for you. And I said, do this in remembrance, in remembrance. I want you to remember, remember those fellowship days. I want you to go in your closet again.

I want you to cry out in your closet and get close that door. And I want you to secretly cry out to me with all this.

And I want you to watch the change in your life. I want you to watch your desires changed since the Lord.

I want you to watch since the Lord, as you pour out your heart to me behind those closet doors in secret with nobody looking,

And I want you to watch my loving hands, touch your life again. It’s me. It’s me. I’m drawing you to those courts. I’m drawing you to a new place with me. I’m drawing you to that place, who to try me in this thing says the Lord had someone else to just give me a word and I want to share it for them. We’re singing about the land and felt like God was saying to these people that this land represents their home. Their life felt like I was speaking to a couple that maybe had just accepted. Whatever they’re experiencing was all that it was going to be. And God was saying to this individual that God’s wanting to restore. It’s going to be better than what you’ve ever experienced before, but there’s hope in God. So that what you’re accepting is that it will never get better and never change. This is just what it is. It is what it is. God is saying. He’s bringing restoration is going to renew that and make it brand new. So I want us to remember, as we go back into Wars, we’re here to minister, to the Lord, express your love for him. Whether it’s up here in the front, at your seat, in your home, don’t get weary and worshiping the Lord at The Roads Church. We’re so conditioned to just sing songs and move onto the next thing. And it’s not about us. It’s about him. We want him to come. We want him to minister. We want him to move. We want him to be glorified.

All about him. Church has to be all about him. It cannot be about us. It can’t be about our preferences. It has to be about him. He’s why we’re here. He’s why we gather these why we see to worship him,

That he speaks

And moves and operates in that. But our focus is just on giving to him. So guys, just go ahead and lead us back into more worship. As we began to pray and just seek the face of God. Remember collectively, we’re focusing on the presence of God to manifest in our lives for our homes, our children, our schools, our region. We need revival in the night and United States of America. And just say, why not start with me? It’s not about something out there, but it’s me. It’s me. It’s meal, Lord needing revival in my life. Burn the fire of God in my heart, fresh and a new we as worship you, God, I thank you for the fire falling on each one here, each one, the purse, pursues soup and presses it for more God, we’re asking for something greater. So we worship here.

[inaudible] [inaudible], [inaudible] showed me a vision. A moment ago

Of an individual that’s in a dark room in the corner, just kind of curled

Up.

And I felt like God was saying that that was a hidden room of your heart. That you’re hiding from him. You’re hiding this thing from the Lord. This part of your heart is a part of your life. And he sinked tonight. I’ve cracked the door open and there’s a light that’s shining through into that room. And he’s saying I’m shining light into that thing, into that room of your heart, into that hidden thing. And if you will just walk towards me, if you will just walk towards that light, I will begin to open that door fully and allow you to walk out of that. Whatever that darkness is, he’s calling you to walk out of that. He’s calling us to walk into his light tonight. So whatever that is tonight, just give that to him. That hidden thing, that darkness, and you’re just you’re hiding, but he’s saying

Come out of hiding.

There’s no shame or condemnation in my presence. There’s only freedom. There’s only joy. There’s only peace. All that you need is found here,

Cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, black on your feed. Like why for you to drink? [inaudible] boy. Praise is like,

I feel like God is just asking us to pour our love out. Just like the woman with the alabaster flask of fragrant oil said a woman in the city who was a sinner, which she knew that Jesus said at the table in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster frappe alabaster flask of fragrant oil and stood at his feet behind him weeping. And she began to wash his feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head. And she kissed his feet and anointed them with fragrant oil. Now, when the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he spoke to himself saying this man, if he were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman, this is, who is touching him for. She is a sinner. Jesus goes on to tell them that therefore her sins, which are many are forgiven for she loved much, but to whom little is forgiven this

God asking us to pour our love on him. If you know you’ve been saved from something,

Just

Begin to pour your love out on him. If you’re grateful that he’s saved you, if you’re grateful that he’s pulled you up for being a sinner. If you know that you’re a sinner without Jesus, that begin to pull your lungs, just begin to love on him. It’s not about just going through emotion. Now it’s beginning to love him. You’re grateful you saved me. I would be ugly. I would be full of sin. I would be preferred it. I would be a nasty addict. I wouldn’t be so far from God, but you saved me. You loved me. You saved me by your grace Lord. I am standing here. I’m sitting here. I’m watching online by your grace. I’m a sinner in need of a savior.

Gloria is going to fill the earth like the waters cover the sea. We’ll see all the world will see how great you are. We acknowledged that tonight. God, how great you are great and greatly to be pray. [inaudible] there is no, there is no [inaudible] like you. Geez, nobody live God. We’re thankful people tonight was thankful for you. Jesus, that you picked us up, that you turned us around a new place to our feet on solid ground church. We want to, we want to end the night tonight just giving God praise and thanks. Giving him our highest praise. The Bible says that he deserves the highest praise. That means more than your favorite football team. That means more than you cheer for your graduate. That means more than any other thing. He deserves the highest praise. So we’re going to sing the song. I think God, if God has moved in your life, if he saved you and he has, I want us to give him the highest praise tonight. Cause Jesus you’re so worthy. Come on worship with us at The Roads Church!

Three, three, three, three, three, three, three, three.

He’s worthy. He’s worthy of praise. The Bible says that blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled. And this is what we’re committing to dude. So hunger for more. So if you want to join us in these next 35 days from eight to 10, we’ll be praying here in the auditorium. You can pray there at your house. You can pray at the office during that time period. I want us to come together in agreement that we want to see God do things that we’ve never seen before. We want to see people saved that people thought would never be saved before. We want families restored that people thought would never be restored, miracle signs and wonders, but we just want him. We just want to worship him. And that’s what our hearts are set on. Seeing God move in Mount Carmel, North city, our erodes family. God knows no boundaries. He knows no limitations. As we’re thankful that we can be one church in two locations that gets to merge together and hang out. [inaudible]

so father, we just come together in unity around your throat. We say, Jesus, we ask for more. We just want more, whatever it looks like, whatever it sounds like we just want more of you. Well, I’ve seen it with my own eyes and I’ve experienced it in my own life. One touch of your presence changes everything. We do not want a form of godliness and deny the power. Holy spirit move in our families, move in our hole. We don’t want you just in services. God, we pray for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Let your presence rest on our lives. Lord. We want to carry you with us everywhere we go. Thank you. Holy spirit for power setting, the captives free. Uh, we, we are praying into what you’re doing. We’re making deposits. We’re sowing into your heart, that the kingdom of heaven will come and your will will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We thank you for it. God, slowly, we choose to worship you. We choose to celebrate you. We choose to unify as one family,

Not just with the Rhodes church, but with a body of Christ. The, what you’re doing in the earth is greater than what the enemy is doing, but the Christian’s head be lifted high and see God is on the move. He is working. He is moving. He is changing lives all around us. That God be praised, that he be lifted up and all of his enemies be scattered. Thank you. Let God arise. Let him arise. Arise in all the enemies of God will be scattered. We love you. Jesus. We love you. We love you. We thank you for your love for us in Jesus mighty name. Come on, everybody say big. Amen.

Many Rhodes family. We’re so glad to have you with us today at The Roads Church. Come on, come back Sunday. We’re going to celebrate moms. It’s mother’s day. We’ve got something special for all the moms. So come be with us this Sunday, it’s going to be a great day, have a great week. Carry the presence of God with you wherever you go. We love you guys. Have a great day.
