CREW UP is for anyone who is not currently serving on our Roads Crew, but is interested in learning more about it or ready to jump in.

The Lord has given The Roads Church great vision to steward – “Connect people with Jesus from all roads of life.” One way of stewarding that vision is serving like Jesus, as we serve people each week. From the moment a person drives into our parking lot, walks through our doors, pours a cup of coffee in our cafe, enters the sanctuary doors for worship . . . positioned throughout a person’s experience of encountering JESUS is our ROADS CREW – with a smile, a welcome, a prayer – these are all expressions of connecting people with Jesus.

Are you ready to “Connect People With Jesus From All Roads of Life,” as they step foot onto our Roads Church campus? Are you ready to be positioned in their experience of encountering Jesus? THEN come CREW UP!

You are invited to an evening of learning about the opportunities and positions to be part of creating the culture of the vision the Lord has given to The Roads Church.

We will have dinner together with our Lead Pastor – Chad Everett speaking, along with Campus Pastors hosting the evening.

You will have the opportunity to meet leaders from all of the different areas of ministry represented on our Crew, and learn about how they serve, and if you are ready to be a part of Crew, you will have the opportunity to sign up.
